甘露聚糖肽胶囊防治肿瘤化疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：探讨甘露聚糖肽胶囊防治肿瘤化疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年10月-2015年3月在我院接受治疗的肿瘤化疗白细胞减少症患者54例,分为观察组和对照组各27例,对照组在常规治疗基础上采用地榆升白片进行治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用甘露聚糖肽胶囊进行治疗,观察并比较两组的治疗效果。结果：治疗前两组患者白细胞计数无明显差异（P〉0.05）,无统计学意义;治疗后7d、14d、21d两组患者白细胞计数均明显上升,上升幅度观察组明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：甘露聚糖肽胶囊防治肿瘤化疗白细胞减少症的疗效显著,可有效缓解患者的临床症状。Objective： to study the prevention and cure of capsule were white blood cells reduce disease clinical curative effect of cancer chemotherapy. Selection methods： October 2013 - March 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 54 patients with white blood cells reduce disease cancer chemotherapy, and divided into observation group and control group, 27 cases in the control group on the basis of conventional treatment using sanguisorba litres of white piece treatment, observation group on the basis of conventional treatment using mannan peptide capsule treatment, observe and compare the therapeutic effect of two groups. Results： two groups of patients before treatment no obvious difference was found between white blood cell count, P〉0.05, no statistical significance; 7, 14, 21d after treatment of two groups of patients were significantly increased WBC count, rise in observation group is significantly higher than the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion：capsule against tumor chemotherapy were leucopenia disease curative effect is distinct, can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.
