摘 要:在一台增压中冷天然气发动机上,研究了理论当量混合气条件下EGR对天然气发动机性能的影响。结果表明:在2000 r/min,λ=1及一定的点火提前角(上止点前35°CA)条件下,通入不同的EGR率,在小、大负荷联合三元催化转化器可以很好地控制排放在很低的水平;不同负荷下小的EGR率对经济性及动力性影响较小,大EGR率对经济性恶化明显。For understanding the effect of EGR under Stoichiometric Operation on CNG engine perfor- mance, some experiments have been done in a CNG engine with turbocharged and intercooled system. The results show that on the condition of stoichiometric combustion and the best sparking advance angle (SAA= 35deg BTDC) at RPM=2000r/min, the full and part load with a three way catalyst diluted with EGR can control the emission in a very low level; the effect of the low-EGR is not very obvious for the economic and power characteristics, and the high-EGR will make the economic characteristics deteriorate.
