摘 要:目的研究薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物的体外抗氧化作用,为充分利用薏苡叶提供参考依据。方法以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,制备薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取液,采用分光光度法对薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子(·O2-)的能力进行测定,以及测定提取物对金属亚铁离子(Fe2+)的螯合能力,并以丁基羟基茴香醚(BHA)作为对照品与样品的螯合能力进行比较。结果薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基(·O2-)的能力,且具有较强螯合Fe2+的能力。结论薏苡叶乙酸乙酯提取物具有较强的抗氧化能力,其抗氧化性与浓度间存在明显的量效关系,浓度越高抗氧化能力越强。Objective To study in vitro antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate extracts from Coix lachryma- jobi L. leaves,and provide the theory to make use of Coix lachryma- jobi L. leaves. Methods The ethyl acetate were extracted as the solvent from Coix lachryma-jobi L. leaves. The ethyl acetate extracts from Coix lachryma- jobi L. leaves scavenging DPPH free radical and superoxide radical( O2^-),capacity were used the spectrophotometry to determine,and to determine the content of metal ferrous ion chelating capacity( Fe^2 +),and butylated hydroxyanisole( BHA) as the chelating ability of standard and sample comparison. Results The ethyl acetate extracts of Coix lachryma- jobi L. leaves had strong scavenging DPPH free radical and superoxide radical( ·O2^-) ability,chelating ability with Fe^2 +.Conclusion The ethyl acetate extracts of Coix lachryma- jobi L. leaves has stronger antioxidant capacity,between the antioxidant activity and concentration there is an obvious dose effect relationship,the higher the concentration of antioxidant ability is stronger when the concentration is higher.
