摘  要:目的应用Box-Behnken设计优化车前子多糖的闪式提取工艺。方法在单因素试验基础上,选取提取时间、提取电机电压、水料比为自变量,车前子多糖提取率为因变量,利用Box-Behnken设计对3个自变量各水平二项式进行拟合,确定车前子多糖的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为提取时间92s,提取电机电压157V,水料比17∶1,车前子多糖的提取率达5.64%,与预测值的偏差2.5%。结论 Box-Behnken设计优化的车前子多糖闪式提取工艺快速简便可靠,提取率高于传统煎煮法的5.33%。为车前子多糖的有效开发利用奠定了基础。Objective To optimize homogenate extraction process of polysaccharides from the seed of Plantagoasiatica L. by Box- Behnken design. Methods Based on single- factor tests,with extraction time,the motor voltage,water- solid ratio as independent variables,the yield of polysaccharides from the seed of Plantagoa siatica L. as dependent variable,and the binomial fitting of independent variables was adopted by Box- Behnken design model to determine the optimum extraction technology. Results The optimize extraction process was determined asfollowing: extraction time was 92 s,extraction voltage was 157 V,water to solid ratio( m L·g- 1) was 17: 1.Theyield of polysaccharides from the seed of Plantagoasiatica L. was up to 5. 64% and 2. 5% deviation was concluded by comparing with the predictive value. Conclusion The optimized homogenate extraction process by Box- Behnken design was simple,rapid,and feasible,as a result,the extracted ratio was improved significantly compared with that of decocting method,which laid foundation for the development and utilization of polysaccharides from the seed of Plantago asiatica L. efficiently.
