摘 要:目的比较苍耳子不同部位毒性成分的含量,对苍耳子炒制后去刺工艺的合理性进行探究。方法采用高效液相色谱法,对苍耳子不同部位中主要毒性成分苍术苷和羧基苍术苷的含量进行比较研究。结果 10批不同产地去刺苍耳子中羧基苍术苷的含量均比苍耳子中羧基苍术苷的含量高,表明苍耳子去刺并不能达到降毒的目的。结论该方法简便、高效,实验结果准确可靠,为苍耳子中化学成分与毒性作用的相关性以及药材炮制工艺的进一步研究提供了依据。Objective To compare esplone the contents of the main toxic components carboxyl Atractyloside and Atractyloside in different parts of Fructus Xanthii, inquiry the rationality of Fructus Xanthii after frying to remove thrn. Methods To compare the contents of carboxyl Atraetyloside and Atractyloside in different part of Fructus Xanthii by HPLC. Results The contents of carboxyl Atractyloside in the thron of Fructus Xanthii is lower than the Fruetus Xanthii without thron, which showed that Fructus Xanthii without thorn can not reduce the toxicity. Conclusion The method is simple,efficient and accurate, can provide the basis for further research of the correlation between the components and the toxicity, and the processing technology of Fruetus Xanthii.
