摘　　要：目的探讨不同处理方式对鲜附子6种单酯型和双酯型生物碱的影响,以期为研究附子炮制的过程机理以及质量标准提供科学依据。方法采用70℃常压干燥、50℃减压干燥、冷冻干燥以及直接切碎等4种不同方式对鲜附子进行处理,并结合HPLC对其指标成分进行测定。结果 70℃常压干燥和50℃减压干燥两种不同处理方式对鲜附子的酯型生物碱影响较大,双酯型和单酯型生物碱分别有降低和升高趋势;鲜附子直接切碎和冷冻干燥两种处理方式所得双酯型生物碱较接近,单酯型生物碱差异较大。结论不同处理方式会对附子各指标成分产生不同程度影响,热处理方式对其影响较明显,低温处理较能反应其真实情况。Objective To explore the effect of different treatments on the content of 6 monoester and diester alkaloids in fresh Radix Aconite Lateralis,so as to provide scientific basis for the processing mechanism and quality standard of Radix Aconite Lateralis. Methods 4 different treatments includes 70℃ oven baking,50℃ vacuum drying,freeze drying and direct chopping,in combined with HPLC to determine its index components. Results 70℃ oven baking and 50℃ vacuum drying methods had a greater influence on ester- type alkaloids in Radix Aconite Lateralis,and diester- type and monoester- type alkaloids had a tendency to fall and rise respectively. The content of diester- type alkaloids of Radix Aconite Lateralis by direct dropping and freeze drying is closer to each other,but it's significant difference on the content of monoester alkaloids. Conclusion Different treatments had different effect on the index components of Radix Aconite Lateralis,it's more obvious about Radix Aconite Lateralis by heating treatment and vise versa.
