摘  要:目的探讨增加参红通络颗粒挥发油的稳定性的方法。方法通过单因素考察、正交设计试验方法,以挥发油包合率、收率、含油率为指标,比较了复凝聚法制备微囊以及β-环糊精包合法的优劣,并确定了β-环糊精包合的最佳工艺。结果微囊法包合率低于β-环糊精包合法。研磨法制备β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺为:水与β-环糊精比例2∶1,挥发油与β-环糊精的投料量比为1∶6,与95%乙醇用量的比例为1∶0.5,研磨时间0.5 h。结论结合生产实际,确定了参红通络颗粒中挥发油β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。Objective To research the method of incressing the stability of volatile oil in Shenhong Tongluo granules. Methods Using single factor test,orthogonal experimental design method,the volatile oil inclusion rate,yield,oil content as the index,the study compares the preparation of microcapsules complex coacervation and β- CD inclusion,and determines the optimum technological process for β- CD inclusion compound. Results The microencapsulation inclusion rate is lower than the β- CD inclusion. The optimum technological process of β- CD inclusion complexes are∶ water and cyclodextrin ratio 2∶ 1,volatile oil and β- CD ratio is 1∶ 6,and 95% ethanol consumption ratio 1∶ 0. 5,grinding time 0. 5 hours. Conclusion Combined with the industrial production,the preparation process of β- CD inclusion of volatile oil in Shenhong Tongluo Granule is determined.
