摘  要:微粒(MPs)是一种存在于血浆中的直径介于0.1~1.0μm的完整囊泡,生理条件下主要由被激活或凋亡的血细胞及内皮细胞释放,病理状态下肿瘤细胞也可以释放MPs入血。研究证实,MPs是一种结构复杂的复合体,它们携带大量来源于母细胞的细胞表面受体、mRNA及生物活性物质,生理条件下在维持出凝血动态平衡以及细胞间信息传递中发挥多重作用。Summary Blood contains microparticles (MPs) derived from a variety of cell types,including platelets,monocytes, and endothelial cells. In addition, tumors release MPs into the circulation. MPs are being increasingly recog- nized as important regulators of cell-to-cell interactions. Recent evidences suggest they may play important func- tions not only in homeostasis but also in the pathogenesis of thrombosis and bleeding complications of a number of diseases such as leukemia,cancer and diabetes mellitus. Here we review recent advances on the role underlying the coagulation functions of MPs in both of physiological and pathological condition.
