摘  要:以磺化苯酚、水杨酸及尿素为主要原料,合成了一种具有酚羟基和水杨酸结构的新型聚合物鞣剂SCS。红外光谱分析表明,SCS中含有酚羟基和羧基结构,并且磺基苯酚与水杨酸通过亚甲基和仲酰胺基团连接。接着考察了其鞣革性能,结果表明:当SCS的用量为10%,渗透p H为8.0,鞣制p H为3.0,鞣制时间为2 h时,SCS单独鞣制山羊皮的收缩温度(Ts)为67.6℃,表现出一定的鞣性。而当采用SCS-Al结合鞣时,SCS用量为14%,硫酸铝用量为1%,山羊皮的Ts可达95.5℃,且具有良好的耐水洗能力。成革中甲醛含量符合直接接触皮肤产品的要求,力学性能满足服装革要求,耐贮存稳定性良好。Using sulfonated phenol, salicylic acid and urea as raw materials, a novel polymeric syntan (SCS) with phenolic hydroxyl and salicylic acid structure was prepared. FFIR analysis indicated that the SCS contains phenolic hydroxyl groups and carboxylic groups, and sulfonated phenol is connected to salicylic acid by methylene and secondary amide group. Tanning performance investigation indicated that the shrinkage temperature (Ts) of goat leather was 67.6 ℃ when 10% of SCS was used as tanning agent at initial pH 8.0 and tanning pH was 3.0 for 2 h. It was greatly increased to 95.5 ℃ when combination tannage (SCS-A1) of 14% of SCS and 1% of A12 (SO4)3was adopted, and this leather has excellent stability of washing. In addition, the formaldehyde content in the goat leather obtained by SCS-Al combination tannage meets the requirement of safety technique for the leather used in the direct contact to skin of body, while the physical properties of leather meet the requirement of garment leathers and it has good storage stability.
