高跟鞋安全性能召回情况及相关法律法规分析

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,女性穿着高跟鞋越发普遍,高跟鞋所带来的安全隐患也日益增加。近年来因高跟鞋安全质量引起的消费者健康伤害屡见报道,目前我国高跟鞋标准还不能完全解决其安全问题,尚存在相当大的安全监管空白及较高的质量安全风险隐患。本文根据近年来高跟鞋产品涉及安全性能的召回情况,分析高跟鞋产品中限量标准及相关技术法规。With the development of society, high-heel shoes has become increasingly popular. In recent years, the consumer health damage caused by the safety quality of high-hell shoes was reported regularly. At present the domestic standard did＇t completely solve the security problems of high-heel shoes, there were quite a number of security regulatory gaps and high quality safety risk. In this paper, according to the high-heel shoes recall situation in recent years,, the limited standard and related technical regulations were analyzed.
