摘　　要：随着消费个性化、多样化日趋明显,需求不确定性大幅增加。而皮衣供应链现有运作模式柔性较差,快速响应市场需求不确定性的能力有限,以至于供应链整体库存积压、利润下滑。如何改善皮衣供应链现有运作模式,降低库存水平已成为皮衣行业面临的重要课题。本文结合皮衣供应链库存现状,深入分析了皮衣库存产生的原因,并提出了基于期权契约的解决方案,为皮衣供应链各参与方提供参考。The personalized and diversified consumption trend becomes more and more obviously so that demand uncertainty sharply increases. However, current leather clothing supply chain operation mode is traditional and lacks flexibility. It cannot quickly responds to demand uncertainty, which brings about overage and loss. How to improve the current mode and decrease overage inventory has become the important subject for leather clothing industry. Based on current inventory situation of the whole leather clothing supply chain, we analyze the reasons of overage inventory and propose option-based supply contract to improve the inventory level of such supply chains, which provides reference for supply chain participants.
