荧光定量RT-PCR检测新疆变应性鼻炎患者外周血T细胞IL-2及MEF2 mRNA的表达水平

摘　　要：目的探讨新疆变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞中IL-2及MEF2 mRNA的表达水平,比较其表达的差异性。方法应用实时荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测53例变应性鼻炎患者和39例健康对照者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞中IL-2及MEF2 mRNA的表达水平。结果 2-△△Ct方法分析结果显示变应性鼻炎组患者的IL-2mRNA表达水平为(10.45±2.39),高于健康对照组(8.67±2.27),其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。变应性鼻炎组患者的MEF2 mRNA的表达水平为(3.83±2.23),健康对照组为(3.57±1.08),其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。维吾尔、汉变应性鼻炎患者的IL-2 mRNA和MEF2 mRNA基因表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎组基因IL-2mRNA表达水平高于健康对照组,而MEF2 mRNA基因表达在两组之间无明显差异。维吾尔、汉变应性鼻炎患者的IL-2 mRNA和MEF2 mRNA基因表达无明显差异(P>0.05)。Objective To research the IL-2 and MEF2 mRNA expression levels of Xinjiang allergic rhinitis （allergic rhinitis, AR） patientsr peripheral blood CD4＋T of lymphocytes, to compared the differences of the two genes between this two groups. Methods Application of real-time RT-PCR technique for detecting 53 cases with allergic rhinitis and 39 patients with healthy controls CD4＋T of peripheral blood lympho- cytes in the IL-2 and MEF2 mRNA expression levels. Results 2 △△C to analysis the results shows that the allergic rhinitis group＇ s IL-2 mRNA expression is （10.45±2.39）, higher than healthy control group （8.67 ±2.27）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The allergic rhinitis group＇s MEF2 mRNA levels in is （3.83±2.23）, in the healthy control group is （3.57±1.08）, the difference has no statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. IL-2 mRNA and MEF2 mRNA levels in Han and Uygur groups has no statistically significant （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Allergic rhinitis group＇ s IL-2 mRNA gene expression levels higher than healthy control group; and MEF2 mRNA gene expression has no significant differences between the allergic rhinitis group and the control group （P 〉0.05）. IL-2 mRNA and MEF2 mRNA levels in Han and Uygur groups has no statistically significant （P 〉0.05）.
