长治地区意外伤害住院儿童的流行病学特征分析

摘　　要：目的分析长治地区儿童意外伤害状况,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法资料来源于长治市四家三级甲等医院。对2012年1月1日-2012年12月30日首次就诊的儿童意外伤害住院病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果共收集628例意外伤害病例,男女性别比为2.57∶1;农村城市比例为2.16∶1;各年龄组所占构成比为：0～1岁40例（占6.37%）,1～4岁184例（占29.30%）,5～9岁201例（占32.01%）,10～14岁203例（占32.33%）;前3位意外伤害病例的原因依次是跌坠落（占36.9%）、交通事故（占29.3%）、烧烫伤（占16.6%）;交通事故住院时间最长（21.00±20.00）d,平均花费最多11 506.92元。结论 2012年长治地区儿童意外伤害男性多于女性;农村高于城市;随年龄的增加,意外伤害的构成比在增加;以跌坠落、交通事故、烧烫伤为主;交通事故的危害最重。Objective To analyze the status of the unintentional injury for children in Changzhi, and provide the scientific evidence to develop effective intervention measures. Methods The data were gathered from four 3A hospitals in Changzhi. We gathered the first hospitalization data of unintentional injury of children between January l, 2012 to December 30, 2012 and those data were analyzed by retrospective methods. Results A total of 628 unintentional injury cases were gathered. The males to females ratio was 2.57：1 and the rural to urban ratio was 2.16：1. The top three causes of unintentional injury were falling down （36.9%）, traffic accident （29.3%）, burns （16.6%）. The proportions were 6.37% （0-1 year）, 29.30% （1-4 years）, 32.01% （5-9 years）, 32.33% （10-14 years）, respectively. The longest hospitalized time of traffic accident were 21.00 ＋ 20.00 days, and the average maximum cost were 11506.92 yuan. Conclusion In 2012, unintentional injuries of Changzhi were more common among boys, and rural cases were more than urban cases. The proportion of unintentional injury increased with age. Those cases were mainly due to falling down, traffic accidents and burns. Traffic accident was the biggest hazard.
