摘　　要：目的了解广州市HIV感染者社会规范认知和高危性行为现状,分析两者关系,为开展艾滋病干预提供依据。方法采用方便抽样方法,于2013年3-6月对412名HIV感染者进行问卷调查。结果只有31.3%的感染者认为其多数以上朋友能坚持使用安全套,有17.2%的感染者认为其多数以上朋友同时有多个性伴。16.0%的感染者近半年有多个性伴,74.9%感染后仍发生过性行为,感染后近3次发生性行为时,27.8%未坚持使用安全套。多因素Logistic回归分析结果表明,男性,无子女,家人知晓,认为多数以上朋友能坚持使用安全套是感染者发生性行为时使用安全套的可能保护因素。同性恋/双性恋/性取向不清楚,认为多数以上朋友拥有多个性伴是感染者近半年有多个性伴的可能危险因素。结论 HIV感染者高危性行为发生率仍较高,改变感染者的社会规范认知是干预其高危性行为的新思路。Objective To study the relationship between social norms and high-risk sexual behaviors among people living with HIV/AIDS （PLWHA）, and to provide basis for future HIV intervention. Methods Convenient sampling method was adopted to investigate 412 PLWHA from March to June in 2013. Results Only 31.3% reported that most of their friends could use condoms constantly. 17.2% reported that most of their friends had more than one sex partner. 16.0% reported that they had more than one sex partner. 74.9% reported that they continued having sex after infected. 27.8% reported they did not use condoms in the last three sexual encounter after infected. Multivariate logistic regression showed that being male and childless, disclosure to family members and perception of most friends consistendy using condoms were positively associated with consistent condom use. Risk factors associated with multiple sexual partners included having homosexual/bisexual/uncertain sexual orientation and perception of most friends having multiple sexual partners. Conclusion High-risk sexual behaviors are still common among PLWHA in Guangzhou. Intervention focusing on changing social norms among PLWHA may have the potential to change their corresponding risk behaviors.
