摘  要:目的了解2011-2013年临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌(ABA)的耐药性变迁,为临床治疗和预防提供依据。方法按《全国临床检验操作规程》(第3版)分离鉴定鲍曼不动杆菌,药敏试验采用MIC法。结果 2011-2013年共检出鲍曼不动杆菌726株,从痰液中分离682株,占93.94%;3年耐药率最高的药物是诺氟沙星,为100%;3年耐药率均<20.00%的抗菌药物为米诺环素和多黏菌素B;耐药性增长幅度较大的药物是氨苄西林/舒巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南和美罗培南。结论加强鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性监测,合理使用抗菌药物,是预防和控制鲍曼不动杆菌感染的有效措施。Objective To understand the antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii during 2011-2013, and provide evidence for the clinical therapy and prevention. Methods Referring to National Guide to Clinical Laboratory Procedures (3rd edition), A.baumannii were isolated and identified. The drug susceptibility testing was performed with MIC method. Results A total of 726 strains of A.baumannii were isolated, of which 682 (93.94%) were from the sputum specimens. The drug resistance rate of norfloxaein was the highest (100%). The antibiotics with the drug resistance rates less than 20.00% were minoeyelinea and polymyxin B in the three year. The drug resistance of Ampicillin/sulbactam, eefoperazone/sulbactam, imipenem and meropenem showed rapidly increase. Conclusion It is important to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance and use antibiotic drugs reasonably, so that we can prevent and control the prevalence of A.baumannii.
