摘　　要：农业科技创新联盟是联盟发展的新产物,是农业科技创新进行协作的组织形式。本文主要通过对农业科技创新联盟及其重要作用和农业科技创新联盟功能定位、管理体制与存在问题进行了分析论述。Agricultural science and technology innovation alliance is a new product of alliance development, is a collaborative organization of agricultural science and technology innovation. This paper mainly analyzed and discussed from the aspects of agricultural science and technology innovation alliance and its important role, functional positioning, management system and existing problems of agricultural science and technology innovation alliance, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction and development of Henan agricultural science and technology innovation alliance.
