摘 要:The crushing of leaves is the most time and effort-consuming part in DNA extraction which is a fundamental step in the study of molecular biology. In this study, a new rapid and batch-oriented crushing method for DNA extraction from maize leaves was developed. In addition, the practicability of the developed method in molecular marker-assisted breeding was verified using SSR molecular maker technology so as to provide a rapid, batch-oriented, low-cost and non-toxic leafcrushing method for a large number of molecular marker tests, improving test efficiency.DNA提取是分子生物学研究的基础步骤,而叶样研磨是提取步骤中最为费时费力的环节。该研究探索出一种快速、批量粉碎玉米叶片以提取DNA的方法,并以SSR分子标记试验验证此方法在分子标记辅助育种工作的应用的可行性,为大容量样品分子标记试验提供一种快速、批量、成本低、无毒安全的粉碎叶样的方法,提高试验效率。
