境外创新型城市研究进展及启示

摘　　要：对国外创新型城市研究成果进行总结,从创新型城市内涵、研究进展、评价指标体系、建设成功经验等方面进行深入分析,藉此提出了对我国建设创新型城市的20字建议:"审时度势,扬长避短,以人为本,品牌营造,政策保障"。未来还需结合中国实际情况对国外创新型城市研究成果进行中国化,借鉴其研究方法及理论成果,加深对我国创新型城市的研究,以推动我国创新型城市健康发展。Based on a systematic summary of foreign innovative cities from the aspects of connotations, research progress, evaluation index system, successful experience, etc., this paper puts forward the suggestion for the construction of innovative cities in China as follows： analyzing and assessing the situation, enhancing advantage and avoiding disadvantage, adhering to the people- oriented principle, creating brands, and having policy guarantee. In the future, foreign research achievements should be combined with China＇s reality, and more studies should be conducted on the China＇s innovative cities, so as to promote the healthy development of innovative cities in China.
