摘　　要：辽阳县在规范中培育发展,在发展中逐步规范,创新思路,把握原则,按照"政府引导、政策扶持、自愿互利、民办民营、兴机富民"、"成熟一个、发展一个、巩固一个、规范一个"、"扶优扶强"等原则,促进农机专业合作组织发展壮大,提升了农机社会化服务水平,优化了农机装备结构,推动了全县农机化事业的发展,也为农机专业合作组织的进一步发展提供了新途径。Liaoyang is developing in norm, is standardized gradually, and promotes the development of agricultural professional cooperative organization under the principles of ＆quot;Government guidance, policy support, voluntary mutual benefit, private run, making people rich＆quot;, ＆quot;Mature one, developing one, consolidating one, standardizing one＆quot;, ＆quot;Supporting excellent ones＆quot;. It raised the service level of agricultural machinery socialization, optimized the structure of agricultural equipments, and promoted the development of agricultural mechanization, provided a new path for further development of agricultural machinery professional cooperative organization.
