摘　　要：分析农业企业集团财务风险的概念和特征,探讨企业集团财务风险产生的原因与债务风险的关系,针对企业集团财务风险控制存在的问题,提出加强企业集团财务风险控制的对策,为农业企业集团有效防范和化解财务风险提供参考。The article analyzes the concept and features of financial risk of agricultural enterprises, discusses the causing factors of the risk and its relation with debt risk. It considers the problems existing in the control of group financial risk, raises the related counter-measures to strengthen the control, and provides a reference for effectively guarding and solving the financial risk for agricultural enter-prises.
