摘  要:采用CPFD(computational particle fluid dynamics)软件Barracuda作为模拟工具,对宽筛分石灰石粉在一分二型分支管路中进行连续稀相气力输送时的气固两相流动特性进行数值模拟。在不同的输送气速(Ug)和输送粉量(MP)条件下,获得其偏流特性规律。结果表明:由于管路中弯头的存在,出现了严重的偏流现象。针对该偏流现象,提出分配器内加装导流挡板的结构优化措施,使左右支管的流量实现均匀分配。The gas-solid flow characteristics in a industrial scale multiple-branching conveying pipeline of limestone system in a CFB boiler is studied numerically with Computational Particle Fluid Dynamics (CPFD) methods in this work. Thus, the flow structure and its serious phenomenon of maldistribution are carefully analyzed under different operating parameters, including air velocity in the inlet (Ug) and mass flow rate of particle in the inlet (Mp). The results show that the increase of Ug or the decrease of Mp all resulted in a decrease of solid maldistribution in two branch pipelines. Then, optimize scheme on distributor structure is proposed based on the calculation results, and its performance is demonstrated by different cases.
