淮海经济区产业空间格局分析

摘　　要：基于空间维度，运用社会网络分析和产业偏离份额等方法，以市域为研究单元，对2003～2012年间淮海经济区的产业空间格局进行了多方面的测度与评价。结果表明：1）淮海经济区三次产业空间扩散效应和集聚效应均呈现出梯度变化，且各产业空间格局变化各异，其中，第一产业的空间扩散效应和集聚效应均减弱，地域分异特征显著；第二产业逐渐增强，且集聚效应较弱的地市逐年边缘化发展；第三产业变化并不明显，仅扩散效应呈现出由核心向边缘区域逐渐减弱的分布特征；2）淮海经济区细分行业结构大体合理，竞争力差异较大；3）淮海经济区细分行业中有10个转出行业、12个扩散式转入行业、13个集聚式转入行业，其产业转移的空间分布呈现无序化、复杂化。By the twenty prefecture‐level cities as the units of research ,the multiple explanatory models of social net‐work analysis and shift‐share analysis（SSA） are applied to give a comprehensive measurement evaluation on the in‐dustrial spatial pattern of Huaihai Economic Zone from 2003 to 2012 .Indicated by the measurement ,firstly ,the three sectors of industry show a gradient changes in the intensity of the spatial diffusion effect and polarization effect ,and their state of spatial distribution varied accordingly .The effects of primary industry are all weakened with significant characteristics of regional differentiations .The effects of secondary one are all gradually strength‐ened ,and the concentration effects trend to be marginalized .Meanwhile ,the effects of tertiary industry don＇t change much obviously ,and its diffusion effects develop with the core‐periphery characteristic .Secondly ,judging from the geographical pattern ,the subdivided industrial structure in Huaihai Economic Zone is fundamentally rea‐sonable ,but the differentiations of its competitiveness are large .At last ,in the transfer of industrial space ,the in‐dustrial structure of 20 cities significantly improved ,10 transfers out ,12 in diffusively ,and 13 roll‐in concentra‐ting .The process of the spatial transfer is rather disordered and complicated .
