某三级医院护士骨质疏松性骨折知识掌握情况及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解护理人员骨质疏松性骨折知识掌握情况,为医院、社区培训及继续教育工作提供相关指导。方法对某三级综合医院590名护士进行现场问卷调查,并采用半结构式访谈法对14名护理人员及护理管理人员进行个别访谈。结果护理人员骨质疏松性骨折知识平均得分为(35.70±6.35)分,得分率为67.3%。培训不系统、专业化培训缺乏、知识获取途径单一是护理人员缺乏相关知识的主要原因;职称、文化程度是影响调查对象知识得分的主要因素。结论医院等相关部门在加强职称及教育程度较低的护理人员健康教育力度的同时,应做好专业知识培训工作。Objective To know the situation of nurses obtaining osteoporotic fractures related knowledge ,and provid guiding basis for further education and relevant training on target people .Methods Questionnaire survey and semi -structured interviews methods were used to investigate 595 nurses ,9 clinical nurse workers and nurse managers who come from a tertiary comprehensive teaching hospital were interviewed personally .Results The scores of the related knowledge in nurses were 35 .70 ± 6 .36 ,score rate was 67 .36% ;Interview data analysis showed that lack of professional training ,training was not systematic ,the approach obtain knowledge was simple were result in lack of the related knowledge in nurses ;By the multiple liner stepwise regression ,The educa‐tion level and professional title were main factors which affect nurses acquired osteoporosis knowledge .Conclusion It is necessary to focus on improving the strengthen of related knowledge education for the nurses with low education background and low profes‐sional title ,At the same time ,related departments of the hospital should strengthen the training of professional knowledge .
