摘  要:磷酸盐缓冲介质中,痕量Cu(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化吖啶红的反应具有催化作用,导致吖啶红在550nm处的荧光强度发生明显的猝灭,以此建立了测定痕量铜的新方法。在最优化条件下,方法的线性范围为8.0×10^-4~9.2×10^-3μg·mL^-1,检出限为7.3×10^-4μg·mL^-1,用于水样及果皮样品中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)的测定,回收率在97.5%~103.5%之间。在40℃条件下,猝灭反应的活化能Ea=87kJ·mol^-1,表观速率常数k=1.05×10^-3s^-1,且Cu(Ⅱ)对体系的荧光猝灭属动态猝灭。In a phosphate buffer solution, trace copper( Ⅱ) had a catalytic effect on oxidation reaction of acridine red by hydrogen peroxide. The fluorescence intensity of acridine red decreased with the increase of the concentration of copper( Ⅱ). A new method was established for determination of trace copper( Ⅱ). The linear range for the determination was between 8.0×10^-4 and 9.2×10^-3μg·mL^-1 , and the detection limit was 7.3×10^-4μg·mL^-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of trace copper in practical samples with satisfactory results and recovery rate was 97. 5% ~ 103.5%. The apparent activation energy of the catalytic reaction was 87 kJ · mol^-1, and the apparent rate was 1.05× 10^-3 s^-1 under the condition of 40 ℃. The quenching mechanism was determined as dynamic quenching.
