摘 要:结合全自动除泡机研制应用项目,对自动除泡机偏载升降机构进行设计与研究。首先,根据自动除泡机的工作原理和结构要求,对设备中各部件进行了简要说明,对偏载升降机构部件带来的问题做了介绍;其次,对关键部件偏载升降机构进行计算设计与软件分析,根据分析结果进行改进设计;最后,对改进设计后偏载升降机构利用电机扭矩软件进行测试,理论分析与实际应用相结合证明该设计机构可以长期稳定地使用。The partial load lifting mechanism for automatic clave machine was designed and researched based on the application project of automatic clave machine. Each part of the machine was briefly introduced according to the working principle and structure requirement of automatic clave machine, and the problems which may be caused by the partial load lifting mechanism is also introduced. The key parts of the partial load lifting mechanism were designed and analyzed by SolidWorks Simulation, and improved based on analysis result. The improved partial load lifting mechanism past the test of the motor torque software, and has been used stably.
