摘　　要：论文针对波浪能发电的特征,提出了一种新型的波浪能发电方法,对发电装置进行了设计。通过对海洋环境的研究,对波浪能发电装置所处的载体平台进行了设计,给出了新型波浪能发电平台的总体设计。论文通过对非工况下该发电平台发电效率的计算,对其应用前景进行了评估。Aiming at the characteristics of wave energy, we propose a new type of wave energy generation methods, the power plant has been designed. Through the study of the marine environment, the wave energy power plant which carrier platform has been designed to give the overall design of a new type of wave energy generation platform. In this paper, the conditions for non-power generation efficiency of the computing platform, its prospects were assessed by.
