摘　　要：工业工程专业人才培养方案是指导工业工程专业本科教学活动的重要依据,是实现工业工程专业人才培养目标和基本要求的总体规划。论文针对云南农业大学本科人才培养方案的要求,阐述了工业工程专业本科人才培养方案的基本结构和主要内容,讨论了工业工程专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的意见和建议。Ttraining program for industrial engineering is an important basis for teaching activities of undergraduate industrial engineering professional guidance, is the overall plan to achieve the training goal and the basic requirements of professional talents of industrial engineering. According to the requirements of Yunnan Agricultural University undergraduate talent training scheme, this paper has expounded the industrial engineering undergraduate talents training scheme of basic structure and main content, discussed the problems existing in the process of cultivating professional talents of industrial engineering, and put forwarded the corresponding opinions and suggestions.
