摘 要:选取矿渣纤维作为多孔材料,通过Na OH溶液对其进行表面改性,使其光滑表面形成无规则新生产物富硅铝层,从而使吸附性能增强。分别选择Na2SO4·10H2O、复配石蜡、二元脂肪酸癸酸(CA)-月桂酸(LA)作为相变材料,采用真空浸渍法对不同压力、浸渗时间、材料比例条件下制备的复合多孔相变矿渣纤维进行了试验研究。通过差示扫描法、吸放湿平衡曲线法对复合材料温湿性能进行测试,利用扫描电镜对其形貌、结构进行分析。结果表明:复合石蜡/纤维在97%湿度环境下最大平衡含湿量达9.3%,其相变温度为27.54℃,相变潜热为105.6 J/g,具有良好的调温调湿效果。Porous slag fiber is prepared by NaOH solution for the surface modification, which make its smooth surface ruleless and rich silicon aluminum layer create, so that the adsorption performance enhancements. The composite porous phase change material is prepared with Na2SO4.10H20 ,paraffin and laurie acid(LA)-capric acid(CA) as phase change materials dipping into slag fiber, under the conditions of different vacuum degree, different infiltration time, different blending ratio by Vacuum impregnation method and orthogonal method, the performance of composite material' s thermal properties and moisture absorption/release ability are respectively tested by DSC and Saturated salt solution method, using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to analyze its morphology structure. Results show that the composite of paraffin/fiber maximum equilibrium moisture content reach 9. 3% in humidity 97%, the phase transition temperature reach 27. 54℃ ,the phase change latent heat reach 105. 6 J/g,and it shows good moisture and thermal control effect.
