摘　　要：本文为了探讨次枸橼酸胶体铋（CBS，DE—NOL）治疗HP感染型慢性胃炎的疗效，将部队场站医院门诊因上消化道症状而就诊的慢性胃炎20例随机分组，即观察组和对照组，两组分别采用次枸橼酸胶体铋和西咪替丁进行治疗，比较两组效果，从而得出结论：采用次枸橼酸胶体铋治疗HP感染型慢性胃炎疗效显著，值得推广。In this paper,in order to study colloidal bismuth subcitrate （CBS, DE-NOL） effect in the treatment of liP infection type chronic gastritis,the army station hospital outpatient with upper gastrointestinal symptoms and treatment of 20 cases of chronic gastritis were randomly grouped,the observation group and control group, two group were respectively treated withcoUoidal bismuth subcitrate and cimetidine treatment and the effect of the two groups were compared,thus draws the conclusion： the use of colloidal bismuth subcitrate treating HP infection curative effect of chronic gastritis is significant,worthy of promotion.
