摘　　要：报道1例甲型H1N1流感病毒感染合并溶血性贫血病例,分析其临床表现、实验室检查及治疗经过特点,并进行文献复习。分析表明:对于H1N1病毒感染可能合并溶血性贫血病例,临床给予血浆置换、机械通气和持续肾脏替代联合治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)可有效治愈。A case of H1N1 influenza virus infection combined with hemolytic anemia were reported,and its clinical, laboratory characteristics and treatment of the case were reviewed, and related literature were reviewed as well.This case demonstrates that the ef-fective use of therapeutic plasma exchange, mechanical ventilation, and continuous renal replacement therapy （ CRRT） successfully made the patient recover from multiple organ failure.
