摘　　要：对多级喷雾塔脱除铅电解阳极熔铅锅铅烟尘进行试验研究,考察了吸收液、pH值、液气比、吸收级数以及烟气流速等对铅尘脱除率的影响,得出最佳工艺参数,为工程设计提供依据。The experimental study on adopting the multi-stages spray tower to deal with melt lead dust from lead an- ode pot of lead electrolytic was conducted. Through experimental research the influences of absorbing liquid, pH value, liquid-gas ratio, reaction series and gas velocity etc. on lead dust removal rate, the best process parameters are obtained, which provide the basis for engineering design.
