摘  要:丝素蛋白是蚕丝的主要组成部分,拓展其用途具有重要的意义。本文对不同状态下的丝素蛋白(溶液状、凝胶状、粉末状)对重金属离子(以铜、锌、铅为例)的吸附性能进行了研究。结果显示:在单一离子实验中,溶液状对于锌离子的吸附能力最强,最高可吸附33.3%;而凝胶状和粉末状则对于铜离子的吸附能力最强,最高分别为18.6%和11.7%;在混合离子溶液中,丝素蛋白对金属离子的吸附规律基本与单一离子溶液一致,且吸附量也相近。Silk fibroin is a major component of silk, and it is of importance to expand its application. The adsorption of fibroin under the three states (solution, gel, powder) for heavy metal ions (take copper ion, zinc ion and lead ion as exam- pies) and gases (take normal hexane as example) were investigated in this paper. The results showed:in the experiment of single ion , the strongest adsorption capacity was 33.3% among the three metal ions to zinc ion by fibroin solution; while the strongest adsorption capacity among the three metal ions were 18.6% and 11.7% respectively by fibroin gel and fibroin powder to copper ion . In the experiment of mixed metal ions, fibroin showed the similar adsorption law and adsorption capacity with those in the experiment of single ion.
