摘 要:针对轮胎立式动平衡试验机常用的实心圆吊杆进行了强度和固有频率理论分析,发现吊杆的固有频率与试验机测试频率不匹配,降低了试验机灵敏度和测量结果准确度。基于吊杆的强度原则和固有频率匹配原则,从吊杆材料和截面形式方面讨论了吊杆优化方法,分别计算了轿车轮胎和载重轮胎动平衡试验机吊杆的尺寸参数。结果表明,当合理设计矩形截面尺寸时,吊杆可以满足强度和固有频率的力学性能,且没有制造困难。Strength and natural frequency of the present boom with solid circular cross-section used in tire vertical dynamic balance tester were analyzed. Factor that boom's natural frequency did not match the testing frequency was found, which resulted in low tester's sensitivity and results' accuracy. Based on the principles of strength and natural frequency, optimization method of the boom was researched considering various materials and cross-sections. Two sets of dimension parameters of the booms used in passenger car and truck tire dynamic balance testers were computed, respectively. The results show that the boom with rectangle cross section has no man ufacturing difficulties and the boom with suitable dimension parameters can meet the require-/ments of mechanical properties.
