摘  要:番禺35-1/2水下生产设施项目是中国首次全面采用水下生产系统的项目,在水下生产设施管线终端和在线管汇建造完成之后,要进行流体管线的水压试验及水下阀门单侧压差试验,试验时需将水下生产设施流体管端部封堵。由于试验压力比较高(46.5 MPa),且管线为全焊接无法兰连接,故需设计专用非标高压试压管帽。而流体管线设计标准采用的是ASME 31.8—2010《Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping System》,非标设计采用标准一般为ASMEⅧ第二册—2011《压力容器建造另一规则》或JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,因此需要对试压管帽的设计和分析方法进行研究,保证设计的合理性。基于JB 4732—1995,对端部外径为273mm的试压管帽进行了设计、有限元分析和计算验证,得到了合理的计算和有限元分析方法,设计制造的试压管帽成功应用于项目测试中。PY35-1/2 subsea production system is the first comprehensive subsea production sys- tem used in China. Since the piping ends need blocking for the hydraulic test and differential test for the subsea valves after the fabrication of ILM, PLET, and the test pressure is very high (the pressure is 46.5 MPa), further the pipe is welded structure without flanges, the non-standard high pressure cap is required to be designed, the analysis design standard is usually ASME Ⅷ Division Ⅱ "Alternative Rules Rules for Construction of Pressure Vessels" or JB 4732 1995 "Steel Pressure Vessels Design by Analysis", but the design standard for the piping is ASME 31.8 "Gas Transmission and Distribution Piping System", a research on the design and analysis method is required for the pressure cap to ensure its design reasonable. The design calculation, finite element analysis,and calculation verification had done for the 273 mm pressure cap,based on the JB 4732 1995 anal design standard,the reasonable design and analysis method have got,and the developed pressure cap had successfully used in the project.
