摘  要:根据双层容器的结构特点,把加强圈设置在内容器内,通过垫板同时支撑内、外壳体。根据内、外容器的工况变化,分别计算了内、外容器受外压和防止鞍座处筒体出现扁塌所需加强圈的惯性矩,进行叠加得到了双层容器鞍座上加强圈所需最大惯性矩,根据最大惯性矩设计了加强圈。简要介绍了大型双层壳体卧式容器的制作过程。According to the structure characteristics of double-layered vessels, the stiffening ring is arranged inside the inner layer, simultaneously supporting double layers by installing pads be- tween two layers. Based on the different design conditions of two chambers, stiffening rings' in- ertial moment, required by double layers under external pressure and required to prevent collapse of shell above saddles, are respectively calculated. The maximum required inertial moment of stiffening rings for double layers' saddles can be acquired by superimposing. Thus, stiffening rings are designed based on the maximum inertial moment. Fabrication procedure of large doublelayered horizontal vessels is briefly introduced.
