采用盆底功能康复与针灸联合治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用盆底功能康复联合针灸治疗产后压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选自收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,对照组给予盆底功能康复治疗,对观察组产妇在盆底功能康复治疗的基础上,联合进行针灸治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗有效率为97.5%,对照组为85.0%,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。且观察组7d内及14d内症状改善例数明显多于对照组。结论采用盆底功能康复联合针灸治疗产后压力性尿失禁临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the use ot pelvic Hoor renanlmauon combined with acupuncture treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods Selected from postpartum stress urinary incontinence treated 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 40 cases, control group given pelvic floor rehabilitation groups were observed on the basis of pelvic floor rehabilitation based on the joint acupuncture treatment, com- pared two groups of clinical effect.Results Clinical observation group effective rate of 97.5% in the control group was 85.0%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. And the observation group 7d and 14d in the number of cases symptoms improved significantly more than the control group. Conclusions The use of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with acupuncture treatment of post- partum stress urinary incontinence significant clinical effect, it was worth in clinical practice.
