摘　　要：在CIF价格和信用证支付条件下,卖方有对货物投保的职责,货物保险单背书对买卖双方都有重要的作用。该文分析了货物保险单背书的种类,以及缮制保险单的规范要求。通过案例分析,帮助学生更好地理解缮制货物保险单的知识和掌握技巧。Based on the introduction of the seller＇s obligation in effecting the insurance under CIF term and the significance of insurance policy endorsements on both the buyer and the seller, by discussing the types of insurance policy endorsements and the filling requirements on such documents, the paper tries to explore the filling regulations of the right document by illustrating the relevant cases in view of the students＇ errors in this field, aiming at helping students better understand such part and improve their practical skills as well as their vocational competence in the future work.
