重庆丘陵山区休闲渔业规划设计研究——以铜梁黄门休闲渔业区为例

摘　　要：随着市场经济的迅速发展以及文化水平的不断提高,我国沿海地区休闲渔业的发展日趋成熟.在我国山、水、林富饶的丘陵山区堰塘常兼有农业灌溉和渔业养殖的功能,休闲渔业的价值却体现甚微.为了利用好丘陵山区独有的自然、文化背景发展休闲渔业,需对堰塘进行系统的规划设计,协调堰塘各功能要素,建设多功能堰塘,以期增加堰塘的休闲渔业附加值,提高农村经济收入,促进城乡统筹更快发展.本文以重庆市铜梁区黄门休闲渔业区为例,以实地勘察为基础,结合自然地理条件、景观生态条件、地区发展水平、农田水利相关标准,运用景观生态学方法对堰塘进行具体的规划设计,为丘陵山区堰塘的规划、设计、修建提供参考,促进丘陵山区休闲渔业的发展.With the rapid development of China＆#39;s market economy and increasing the level of in cultural , leisure fishery is becoming more and more mature in coastal areas .While the ponds just have the functions of agricultural irrigation and fishery breeding in the beautiful hilly area .In order to make good use of the natural and cultural landscape in hilly area ,the ponds need to be planed and designed systematically .Each element of the ponds need to be coordinated for establishing the multifunctional pond .In this way ,the val-ue of leisure fishery on ponds will be increased and the income also will be raised .The balancing urban and rural development will be promoted more quickly .In this paper ,taking Huangmen leisure fishery area in Tongliang as an example ,combine filed survey which contains physiographic conditions ,biological land-scape conditions and the regional development with the standard of farmland water conservancy ,using landscape ecology method to plan and design the ponds .Some references are provided for the plan ,design and construction of ponds in hilly area ,to promote the development of leisure fishery in hilly area .
