摘　　要：大数据环境下,是否能有效管理和利用科研数据决定着科研成果的质量,因此,美国部分基金已将制作项目数据管理计划作为立项的必要条件。为帮助科研人员迅速生成数据管理计划,加州数字图书馆基于用户现实需求,开发了数据管理计划生成工具—DMPTool。工具的应用也为国内图书馆科研服务提供有益的借鉴。Under the Big Data environment, whether the effective management and utilization of the scientific research data determines the quality of scientific research. As a result, some U.S. fund will have to make project data as a necessary condition for setting up a management plan. To help researchers to quickly generate the data management plan, the California Digital Libr/u＇y developed data management plan generation tool - DMPTool based on the user needs of reality. Use of tools is also provides some useful reference for domestic library research services.
