摘 要:目的通过实验观察碎石清的利尿排石作用。方法采用大鼠水负荷实验代谢笼法观察碎石清的利尿作用;采用乙二醇和氯化铵喂饲法诱发的大鼠肾结石模型,观察碎石清防治结石的作用,检测各组大鼠尿液PH值、尿钙和尿草酸的含量,肾组织钙、草酸和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,以及肾组织中结晶沉积或结石形成的情况。结果碎石清能明显促进大鼠排尿,降低肾组织中草酸和钙离子浓度,升高尿草酸和尿钙量,对大鼠肾结石的形成具有显著的抑制作用,尤以高剂量组明显;碎石清高、低剂量组均能明显升高肾组织SOD活性,高剂量组还能明显减少MDA产生。结论碎石清具有良好的促进排尿和防治结石作用,其机制与抗氧化、减少草酸钙结晶沉积有关。Objective To study the diuretic and lithagogue effects of Suishiqing(SSQ) by animal experiment.Methods The water load test in metabolic cage was used to observe the diuretic effect of SSQ. The rat model of renal calculus was established by feeding with ethylene glycol and ammonium chloride,and then we observed the effect of SSQ on urinary p H value,calcium and oxalic acid,and renal calcium,oxalic acid,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA),as well as the oxalate crystal deposition or stone formation in the renal tissue. Results SSQ obviously promoted diuretic action in rats,decreased oxalic acid and calcium ion concentration of renal tissue,but increased urinary oxalic acid and calcium,thus it showed significant inhibition on the formation of renal stone,especially high-dose SSQ. High- and low-dose SSQ significantly enhanced SOD activities in renal tissue, and high-dose SSQ also obviously reduced the production of MDA. Conclusion SSQ can promote urination, and can prevent and cure renal calculus,and its mechanism may be related to anti-oxidation and with the reduction of calcium oxalate crystal deposition.
