摘  要:目的建立通腑泻热灌肠液的质量标准及活性成分含量测定方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对通腑泻热灌肠液中所含大黄、栀子、忍冬藤进行定性鉴别;并用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定通腑泻热灌肠液中大黄的2个有效成分含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别方法能定性检出大黄、栀子、忍冬藤,斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强,且阴性对照无干扰;大黄素、大黄酚分别在0.0726~0.726μg(r=0.9998)、0.0071~0.071μg(r=0.9999)范围内与峰面积均呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为99.13%、103.16%,RSD(n=6)分别为2.30%、1.50%。结论所建立的定性、定量分析方法可行,专属性强,准确可靠,能有效控制通腑泻热灌肠液的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard and effective component determination method for Tongfu Xiere Enema. Methods Thin layer chromatography(TLC) was used for the qualitative identification of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Gardeniae,and Caulis Lonicerae Japonicae in Tongfu Xiere Enema,and HPLC method was used to quantitatively analyze the content of emodin and chrysophanol. Results The identification method was exclusive. The TLC spots were clear without interference of the negative control.The determination of emodin and chrysophanol kept good linear relation in the range of 0.0726~0.726 μg(r=0.9998,n=6),0.007~0.071 μg(r=0.9999,n=6). The average recoveries of emodin and chrysophanol were 99.13 %,103.16 %,with RSD(n=6)being 2.30 %,1.50 %,respectively.Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative methods are reliable and accurate with good precision,which can be used for the quality control of Tongfu Xiere Enema.
