摘　　要：本文从影响损耗率的基本因素出发,对卧式储油罐在储运、收发过程中的油气蒸发损耗现象,提出了几种有效的抑制方法,并对加油站的收集回收技术作了重点分析。Some resolutions are provided in this paper in terms of the oil and gas evaporation during storage and transportation of horizontal tanks. The recovery technologies of volatile gas are discussed in emphasis.
