摘　　要：大型卧罐是海洋石油平台上的常见设备,底座一般为鞍座形式,对于尺寸巨大的卧罐来说,正常放置时其高度超过了车辆运输的允许范围,因此通常到货状态一般为侧卧,在进行正常吊装设备到平台就位之前,需要进行卧罐的旋转翻身作业,翻身作业属于非常规吊装作业,有一定危险,本文就介绍了一种卧罐旋转翻身的新工艺,并对在实际工程项目JZ9-3中利用龙门吊进行卧罐翻身作业进行了详细表述,经实际工程项目验证,该新工艺能满足卧罐翻身要求,节省成本,排除了安全隐患,有一定借鉴推广价值。Large horizontal vessel is the common equipment on offshore oil platform,the base of the horizontal vessel is usually saddle form. For the large horizontal vessel,during transportation,the equipment height exceeds the allowable range of vehicle if it is normally placed on the vehicle,so the equipment usually is turned 90°and then placed on the vehicle. On the yard,before the normal lifting equipment onto the platform in place,the vessel must be turned over. Turning work is non regular lifting operation,so there is a certain danger. This paper introduces a new technology of horizontal vessel turning over,and has described the use of gantry crane in actual Project JZ9-3 for horizontal vessel turning over operation in detail. The actual project application proves that the new technology can meet the requirements for the horizontal vessel turning over,save costs,eliminate security risks,and have a certain reference value.
