摘　　要：本文介绍了石油企业科研单位的现有体系存在的问题,在此基础上分析了如何改进现有体系,详细说明了本单位的实际做法,以及解决措施,并取得了成效。This paper introduced the problems existed in the current system of the research institute in petroleum company, on the basis of which we analysis how to improve the current system, and describe the pratical action and the solutions as well as the effects achieved in our company.
