摘 要:以Rolls-Royce公司的Trent700发动机为研究对象,采用基于航空发动机状态数据及其偏差量反推的方法来建立航空发动机基线求解模型。以经过标准化修正后的发动机状态数据的测量值以及测量值对应的厂家提供的偏差值作为已知量,利用已知量与基线值的函数关系反推出发动机状态参量基线值点序列,再利用回归分析方法对点序列进行拟合得到最终的基线方程。通过对比由挖掘得到的基线方程解算的偏差值与厂家系统解算的偏差值可知,建立的基线方程精度能够满足实际运用要求。With Rolls‐Royce's Trent 700 engine as the research object ,the working backward method based on the aero engine's condition data and condition data's deviations is used to establish the model to calculate this engine's baseline .T he engine condition data's measured value that has been standardized and their devi‐ations that are provided by the engine manufacturer are treated as known quantities .The functional rela‐tionship between the known quantities and baseline data is used to work backward the baseline value's con‐sequence of points .Then it employs regression analysis to process this consequence of points to fit the final baseline equation .T hrough the comparison betw een the deviations calculated by the baseline equation and the deviation calculated by the manufacturer's system ,it can be concluded that the accuracy of the baseline established here is high enough to meet the requirement of practical applications .
