台北都市区信息产业升级及空间组织演化

摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,信息产业已成为世界经济中发展最迅速、规模最大的产业。台湾地区北部的信息产业是全球信息产业链的重要节点,在全球信息技术市场中起到重要的作用。在全球化的影响下,地方性的产业和空间组织形态也在重构之中。本文对台北都市区信息产业自1960年代的产业发展和空间组织进行了梳理和归纳。经过起步萌芽期、发展转型期到现在的多元成熟期,台北都市区信息产业顺利实现了产品升级和产业转型。在空间组织上形成产业发展走廊,参与到全球化的网络分工体系中。研究发现,以产品升级带动产业转型,以产业分工重塑产业空间组织,是台北都市区信息产业发展的主线。政府一方面出台政策力促产业做大做强,另一方面也在产业空间上进行指导和规划。With the rapid development of information technology, the informa-tion industry has become the fastest growing and the largest industry among the world economy. The information industry in North Taiwan, as a significant node in the link of world information industry, is playing an important role in global IT market. Under the influence of globalization, local industry and the spatial organizational form has been reconstructed. The development and spatial organization of information industry in Taipei metropolitan since 1960s is to be carded and summarized in this thesis. After the embryonic stage, development transforming stage and the present diversified mature stage, the information industry in Taipei metropolitan has successfully achieved product upgrading and industry transformation.The spatial organiza-tional form is featured by industrial corridor and involved in the global net-work division system. The study found that industry transformation and indus-trial division rebuilding industrial spatial organization have constituted the main thread for the development of Taipei metropolitan area information industry . The government, introduces policies to promote the information in-dustry and makes plans for industrial spatial organization.
