摘 要:[目的]翻译跨文化护理自我效能量表(Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool,TSET),修订可用于评价我国护理人员跨文化护理自我效能量表(中文版)(Chinese Version-Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool,CV-TSET).[方法]通过翻译、回译原量表、文化调适及预调查,形成CV-TSET,运用此量表对上海市浦东新区1034名临床护理人员进行测评,对量表的效度和信度进行分析评价.[结果]CV-TSET总量表内部-致性系数(同质性信度)Cronbach’salpha系数为0.99,各维度Cronbach’salpha系数为0.91-0.92,评分者信度KendallW 系数为0.49,总量表GuttmanSplit Half折半信度系数为0.866,各维度为0.64-0.84,重测信度总量表为0.939,各维度为0.894-0.923,量表信度良好.内容效度CVI系数为0.95,结构效度通过因子分析得到3个累计解释总方差62.671%的因子,效度良好.[结论]跨文化护理自我效能量表(中文版)具有较好的效度和信度,适用于评估我国护理人员跨文化护理自我效能的状况.Objective:To translate the Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool,TSET,and revise a TSET(Chinese version)which can be used for the evaluating nursing personnel in China.Methods:The CV-TSET was formatted through the translation,back translation of primary scale,cultural adjustment and pre-survey,and a total of 1 034 clinical nursing personnel in Pudong New Area in Shanghai city were evaluated by using the scale,and then to analyze and evaluate the validity and reliability of this scale.Results:The internal consistency coefficient of the CV-TSET scale(the homogeneity reliability)Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.99,the dimension of Cronbach's alpha coefficient ranged from 0.91 to 0.92,the Kendall W coefficient of rater reliability was 0.49,Guttman Split-Half reliability coefficient of the total scale was 0.866,the all dimensions ranged from 0.64 to 0.84,the retest reliability of the total scale was 0.939,all dimensions was 0.894~0.923.The scale had good reliability.The content validity CVI coefficient was 0.95,Construct validity by factor analysis,3factors explaining 69.369%of total variance,validity was good.Conclusion:The Transcultural Self-efficacy Tool,TSET(Chinese version)has good validity and reliability,and it is suitable for evaluation of the status of transcultural nursing self-efficacy of nursing personnel in China.
