摘 要:目的:探讨水通道蛋白5(AQP5)在宫颈鳞状上皮病变组织中的表达研究。方法:应用免疫组织化学法检测45例宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织、52例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)和24例正常宫颈组织中AQP5的表达。结果:AQP5在宫颈浸润性鳞癌、CIN和正常宫颈组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.33%、51.92%和12.50%,AQP5在宫颈浸润性鳞癌组织的表达显著高于CIN组织和正常宫颈组织(P均<0.05);AQP5在CIN组织的表达显著高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01);AQP5在宫颈上皮低度病变(LSIL)、高度病变(HSIL)中的阳性表达表分别为55.00%、50.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AQP5在宫颈浸润性鳞癌中分化组织中的阳性表达率为77.14%,在低分化组织中阳性表达率为60.00%,两者比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AQP5在宫颈浸润性鳞癌中的表达与患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论:AQP5在正常宫颈组织、CIN和宫颈浸润性鳞癌中表达呈进行性升高趋势,可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展有关。Objective: To explore the expression of aquaporin 5( AQP5) in cervical squamous cell lesions. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of AQP5 in 45 cases with invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma,52 cases with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN),and 24 cases with normal cervical tissue. Results: The positive expression rates of AQP5 in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma,CIN,and normal cervical tissue were 73. 33%,51. 92%,and 12. 50%,respectively; the positive expression rate of AQP5 in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was statistically significantly higher than those in CIN and normal cervical tissue( P 〈0. 05); the positive expression rate of AQP5 in CIN was statistically significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissue( P 〈0. 01); the positive expression rates of AQP5 in LSIL and HSIL were 55. 00% and 50. 00%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference( P 〉0. 05); the positive expression rate of AQP5 in moderately- differentiated and poorly- differentiated invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma were 77. 14% and 60. 00%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference( P 〉0. 05); AQP5 expression in invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma was not correlated with age( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion: The expressions of AQP5 in normal cervical tissue,CIN,and invasive cervical squamous cell carcinoma show increasing trends,which may be correlated with oncogenesis and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
