摘 要:选用两种类型的4个甜高粱品种,设定7个铝毒浓度,测定6个抗逆性指标,从不同角度来表现参试品种的抗逆性;结果表明:参试甜高粱品种的种子各测定指标变化趋势相近,品种间差异不明显,但均表现为SOD大于POD,脯氨酸大于MDA,黄酮大于Vc,只晋甜07 MDA大于脯氨酸;参试甜高粱品种的幼苗总变化趋势是SOD与POD波浪式变化,脯氨酸与MDA逐步上升,黄酮与Vc直线下降;吉甜杂1抗氧化性强,引26和引4抗逆境能力强。This study selected two types of 4 varieties of sweet sorghum; 7 different aluminum toxicity concentration was set to determine 6 resistance index, to present varieties resistance from different angles. Results showed that: the seeds of tested sweet sorghum varieties had the same trend in each index, no obvious differences between species, but showed SOD is greater than POD, proline is greater than MDA, flavonoids is greater than Vc, except in Jin sweet 07, MDA is greater than proline. In seedlings of tested sweet sorghum varieties SOD and POD showed wavy change, proline and MDA increased gradually, flavonoids decreased linearly with Vc. Jitianza No.1 had strong oxidation resistance, Yin No.26 and Yin No.4 had high anti-adversity capacity.
