摘 要:速度管柱排水采气技术已成为苏里格气田排水采气的重要手段,解决了积液气井排水采气的问题。针对气田开发过程中气井能量逐渐衰减、部分产气量较小的气井携液效果变差的情况,开展了连续油管速度管柱带压起管技术的研究,设计了速度管柱带压起管技术方案,研制了管内堵塞器、外卡瓦拉拔器等关键工具,解决了速度管柱管内封堵和上提解卡的核心问题。在苏里格气田成功实施了速度管柱带压起管试验,起出的管柱经性能评价满足气井排水采气的要求,可以作为生产管柱再次下入井内开展施工作业。Drainage gas recovery technique using velocity string has become a major means for drainage gas production in Sulige Gasifeld, addressing the problem of drainage gas production in gas wells with standing lfuids. In line with depletion of gas well energy during development of gas ifelds and worsening of lfuid carrying efifciency in gas well with small gas production, research has been done on the technology of tripping out under pressure of velocity string of coiled tubing, and the technical program for tripping out under pressure of velocity string was designed, and key tools were developed like in-pipe plug, puller for external slips, etc., which have addressed the core problem of block-off inside the velocity string and unfreezing by lifting. Experiment on tripping out the velocity string under pressure was successfully conducted in Sulige Gasifeld;the tripped out string, after performance assessment, can meet the requirement of drainage gas recovery and can be run in hole again as production string.
